Schedule Monday-Friday 430pm-1am OT Available but not required Duties Meet daily production, quality, and safety targets Ensure all ground turkey packaging activities comply with HPP, USDA, and company food safety standards Monitor packaging accuracy, labeling, and seal integrity Follow proper procedures, hygiene, and safe equipment operation Operating and loading products into the HPP machine safely and efficiently.Packing finished goods into boxes, labeling them accurately, and stacking on pallets.Maintaining accurate production counts and documentation.Working in a refrigerated environment (36 F) and maintaining a fast-paced setting.Operate food processing equipment in accordance with FDA regulations, HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point), CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices), and sanitation standards.Conduct routine sanitation of equipment and work areas to meet strict food safety standards.Monitor production lines for any issues, troubleshooting mechanical problems with basic mechanical knowledge.Experience Prior experience working in the food industry or a food processing plant is preferred.Knowledge of FDA regulations, HACCP, CGMP, and food safety practices is essential.Familiarity with sanitation procedures specific to food manufacturing environments.Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for quality control and inventory purposes.Strong attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work effectively on the 2nd shift schedule.Company OverviewArctic Cold Storage has a proud history dating back to 1945, evolving from a local distribution business into a regional leader in cold storage and food distribution.The company is dedicated to serving major national clients and maintaining a strong commitment to its employees and customers.Arctic Cold Storage values top talent and offers a secure, growth-oriented environment with competitive wages and excellent benefits.Pay:$20.00 per hour Benefits:401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Referral program Vision insurance Work Location:In person.
