Located at 4 Lock Street in Lockport, NY, we’ve been proudly serving the canal community since 2024. About the Position We do not operate a full kitchen. Our food prep position works with a convection oven, panini press and food warmers to prepare menu items throughout service. Food prep staff are also responsible for: Washing dishes Maintaining a clean prep area Supporting smooth service during busy shifts All new hires will be trained in food prep, with the opportunity to begin bartending after approximately two months of employment. Bartenders will also be trained in food prep responsibilities. Experience is preferred, but not required. We are looking for dependable, friendly people who enjoy hospitality, craft beverages and working as part of a team.
