We are seeking dependable Food Production Associates to join a growing food manufacturing team in Gloucester, MA.This role involves hands-on work in a fast-paced production environment including mixing ingredients, operating production equipment, packaging, and maintaining sanitation standards.Location:Gloucester, MAPay:Starting at $17.00 per hourSchedule:Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM Core Responsibilities Operate and assist with production line equipment for making, filling, packaging, and sealing sauce products Measure and blend ingredients according to recipes and specifications Perform manual packaging including bottling, labeling, capping, and sealing finished goods Inspect and date mark products and prepare items for shipping Clean and sanitize equipment, workstations, and production areas Assist with inventory counts and restocking packaging materials Qualifications No English required, Spanish speaking is a plus Must have reliable transportation, location is not accessible by public transit Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Food production or manufacturing experience is a plus Follow food safety and sanitation procedures at all times Properly use PPE and follow all workplace safety guidelines Handle tools and machinery safely All interested candidates should apply directly to this ad or call Schulte Staffing Solutions at 978-594-0497.Pay:$16.00 - $17.00 per hour Expected hours:40.0 per week Application Question(s):Do you have your own car?
