Responsibilities Assist in the preparation and processing of food products according to established recipes and procedures Operate manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently, including basic mechanical tools and machinery used in food processing Follow all FDA regulations, HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point), and CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) guidelines to ensure food safety and quality Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, equipment, and tools to meet strict hygiene standards Package finished products accurately, ensuring proper labeling and storage procedures are followed Conduct routine quality checks using basic math skills to verify weights, measurements, and product specifications Support inventory management by organizing supplies and assisting with stock rotation as needed Qualifications Prior experience or familiarity with food industry standards, food production, or manufacturing environments is preferred but not required Knowledge of FDA regulations, HACCP principles, CGMP practices, and sanitation protocols is highly desirable Mechanical knowledge or experience operating basic machinery is a plus Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for measurements and quality control purposes Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain one is advantageous for material handling tasks Strong attention to detail with a focus on food safety and quality assurance Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and work in a fast-paced environment Join us in creating safe, high-quality food products that delight consumers worldwide!
