Job SummaryWe are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Food Production Inventory Clerk to join our dynamic food processing plant.In this vital role, you will oversee inventory management within the food production environment, ensuring accurate tracking of raw materials, packaging supplies, and finished products.Your proactive approach will help maintain compliance with food safety standards, streamline production workflows, and support overall efficiency.This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a high-quality food industry operation dedicated to excellence and safety.Responsibilities Monitor and record inventory levels of raw ingredients, packaging materials, and finished goods in accordance with company procedures.Maintain detailed documentation of inventory transactions, including receipts, transfers, and shipments, ensuring compliance with FDA regulations and HACCP standards.Collaborate with production teams to forecast inventory needs and coordinate timely replenishment of supplies.Assist in organizing storage areas to promote sanitation, safety, and efficient access for food processing activities.Support sanitation efforts by ensuring proper storage conditions and adherence to CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) guidelines for food safety.Qualifications Prior experience working in a food industry manufacturing or processing plant is highly preferred.Knowledge of FDA regulations, HACCP principles, CGMP standards, and food safety practices is essential.Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and recording inventory data accurately.Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in maintaining accurate records.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while adhering to strict sanitation and safety protocols.Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with production staff and management.Bi-lingual english/spanish a plus Food Production/Dayshift Position:Must have intermediate computer skills with MS office, BOL's, and WMS's.Pay:$18.50 per hour Work Location:In person.
