Food Production Packaging Associate

Join our amazing Team at Smith's Hot Dogs to assist our full-time associates in the production and packaging of our products.This is a wonderful opportunity for college students who are looking for employment during the summer break.We are looking for team members who are available in early May, through mid-August.Duties Assist packaging operators in accordance with standard operating procedures and safety guidelines Inspect packaged products for quality, accuracy, and adherence to food safety standards.Ensure proper labeling, sealing, and stacking of food items to meet production quotas and quality specifications Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas by following strict sanitation protocols and GMP guidelines The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, reliable and able to work in a fast-paced environment.This is a 1st shift, Monday thru Friday position, starting at 6am daily.There are no weekend or evening requirements.You must have reliable transportation.Perks include complementary Smith's products to eat during breaks and lunch; paid holidays that would occur during your employment, and an end of season bonus! Pay:$16.50 - $17.50 per hour Work Location:In person.
