La Vetta La Vetta is the upstairs Italian dining room. The experience is dramatic, intimate, and dynamic. The kitchen is led by a Michelin starred chef. We are building an opening team that is polished without being stiff, and precise without losing warmth. The Role You bridge kitchen craft to the guest experience with accuracy and composure. You run food with cadence, describe dishes clearly, and protect temperature and timing.
