Our people are at the heart of all we do. Role Description The Food Server role is a full-time, on-site position located in Clarkston, MI. The Food Server will provide guests with a warm and professional dining experience by taking accurate food and beverage orders, serving dishes promptly, and addressing any questions or requests. Additional responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dining area, ensuring adherence to food safety standards, and collaborating with team members to deliver excellent service. Qualifications Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to deliver an exceptional dining experience and address guest needs effectively Experience in Food & Beverage and Food Service to ensure proper handling, presentation, and delivery of meals Knowledge of Cooking processes and familiarity with food preparation to better understand menu items and answer guest inquiries Positive attitude, teamwork skills, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays A passion for the restaurant industry and creating memorable customer experiences
