Job Description
The Food and Nutritional Services at Green Mountain Union High School is now accepting applications for a part-time Sous Chef. This is a fast paced, high energy position preparing and serving both morning and lunch meals. Responsibilities include preparing recipes from scratch, working with fresh local ingredients and volume cooking. Candidates preferred to be ServSafe certified, and should be prepared to participate in Professional Development classes during the course of the school year and summer. Hours are usually 6am to 12pm on school days.
