Operate cash register; accepts cash and credit cards; Advise lead cashier on need for cash mid-days and complete change requests, per established procedures. Set up the venue, stock, clean, organize and maintain a clean sanitized food service area. Process guests' food and beverage orders and up sell products. Follow all food proper portioning procedures to maintain cost. Promote and provide extraordinary guest service for both internal and external guests; answer questions, offer information, and provide assistance in a courteous manner. Understands and demonstrates the proper use of safety practices and ensures department standards are maintained and safety policies for the Park upheld. Monitor and maintain a safe and secure environment for both team members and guests of all ages, following all company guidelines and protocols. Identify, de-escalate, and resolve conflicts or disturbances professionally and effectively to maintain a positive atmosphere.
