Food Truck & Catering Staff

Job SummaryWe are seeking an enthusiastic person to join our food truck and catering team.In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while preparing and serving delicious food from our food truck as well as assisting us with our catering jobs throughout the season.You will play a crucial part in creating a positive dining experience for our customers and ensuring that all food safety and sanitation standards are met.Starting on check-out and food prep and could be cross trained for the right fit.Responsibilities Prepare and serve food items in accordance with established recipes and quality standards.Maintain cleanliness and organization of the prep space and food truck, including regular sanitization of kitchen equipment and surfaces.Engage with customers to provide exceptional service, including upselling menu items to enhance their experience.Follow all food safety guidelines to ensure the health and safety of our customers.Must provide your own transportation to and from work.Starting location can be coordinated.Experience Previous experience in a kitchen or caf environment is preferred but not required.Familiarity with food handling practices and basic food safety regulations is essential.Basic math skills are necessary for cash handling and retail math tasks.A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment are essential for success in this role.Join us in delivering great food and unforgettable experiences on the go!
