Duties Prepare and assemble menu items efficiently while maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation Operate Square POS system for order processing, payment handling, and sales tracking Provide friendly, attentive customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and upselling menu items to enhance guest experience Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately, including cash register operations and basic math calculations for transactions Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the food truck workspace, including food handling, bussing tables, and adhering to food safety regulations Assist with food prep tasks such as chopping ingredients, assembling dishes, and ensuring all food is stored properly in accordance with sanitation standards Support quick service operations by managing time effectively during busy periods and ensuring timely delivery of orders Qualifications Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, or a fast-food environment is preferred but not required; culinary experience is a plus Familiarity with ANY restaurant POS systems for sales transactions Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and engage positively with guests Ability to handle cash accurately and perform basic math calculations quickly without stealing (you will be well compensated) Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques Capable of standing for extended periods, lifting moderate loads, and working in outdoor conditions in all weather Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask efficiently during high-volume periods Embark on an exciting journey where your enthusiasm meets your skills!
