Responsibilities Prepare and assemble menu items efficiently, maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation Operate POS systems such as Square POS to process orders accurately and handle cash transactions with precision Provide friendly, attentive customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and upselling menu items to enhance sales Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the food truck, including food handling, sanitation practices, and proper waste disposal Manage time effectively during busy service periods to ensure quick turnaround times and customer satisfaction Assist with food safety protocols, including proper storage, temperature checks, and adherence to health regulations Support with bussing tables or clearing orders as needed to ensure smooth operations throughout shifts Qualifications Previous experience in food service, quick service restaurants, or retail environments is preferred but not required; culinary experience is a plus Familiarity with POS systems such as square POS for efficient transaction processing Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests Basic math skills for cash handling, register balancing, and inventory counting Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices within the food industry Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks effectively Reliable team player with excellent time management skills and a proactive attitude Join us as a Food Truck Crew Member and be part of an energetic team dedicated to serving great food with enthusiasm!
