Food Truck Crew Member - Sushi Training Provided We're a growing Japanese food truck looking for a motivated, reliable crew member ready to learn and grow. The ideal candidate should have a passion for food, attention to details, and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team. Previous sushi or kitchen experience is preferred but not required. Schedule & Hours: Wednesday–Saturday afternoon/evening PM shifts 15–20 hours per week Part-time with potential for full-time during peak season Pay: $15–$20/HR based on experience Plus tips Responsibilities: Food prep and customer service Sushi preparation (training provided) Cooking with stove top and fryer Maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards Supporting daily food truck operations Requirements: Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to think critically and problem solve Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-pressure environments Team-oriented attitude Job Type: Part-time Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour Benefits Employee discount Paid training Work Location: In person
