Job Overview Join our team in Port Sheldon! We aren't just flipping burgers; we’re crafting the perfect crust. We are looking for a high-energy Crew Member who can handle a fast-paced environment, master the art of the smashburger, and keep the fries crispy while providing top-tier service to our customers. This is a "total operations" role where you’ll learn every part of the food truck business. Key Responsibilities The Smash: Execute the perfect smashburger technique on a high-heat flat-top—achieving that signature lacy crust every time. Fry Station: Manage deep fryers to ensure fries are hot, salted, and timed perfectly to match burger orders. Order Management: Take customer orders and process payments quickly and accurately using our POS system. Speed & Quality: Maintain high food quality and presentation even when the line is long. Truck Care: Assist with daily setup/tear-down and maintain a spotless workspace (crucial for a small truck!). Skills & Requirements Grill Experience: Previous experience with flat-top grilling is highly preferred, especially if you know your way around a burger press. Multitasking: Ability to jump from the register to the fryer without losing your cool. Stamina: Comfortable standing for long periods in a hot, fast-moving kitchen environment.
