Duties Manage all aspects of daily food truck operations including food preparation, cooking, and serving to ensure quick and friendly service. Supervise and train staff on food handling, customer service, POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS, and safety protocols to foster a motivated team environment. Oversee inventory control, including ordering supplies, managing stock levels, and minimizing waste while maintaining quality standards. Handle cash transactions accurately, perform cash handling duties, and reconcile daily sales using POS systems. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards across all operational areas. Coordinate shift schedules, supervise team members during busy hours, and manage overall restaurant management tasks in a mobile setting. Conduct staff interviews, participate in hiring processes, and implement training & development initiatives to build a skilled team. Monitor budgeting aspects related to food costs and operational expenses to optimize profitability. Maintain excellent customer service by engaging with customers positively and resolving any issues promptly. Skills Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or kitchen management within quick service or fast food environments. Strong knowledge of POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS; adept at cash handling and transaction processing. Demonstrated ability in inventory control, food safety practices, and food handling procedures. Previous supervisory or management experience in hospitality or restaurant settings; including team management and staff training. Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence. Ability to manage shift schedules efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and speed. Experience with catering or mobile food services is a plus; familiarity with casual dining or fine dining environments is advantageous. Knowledge of budgeting principles related to food costs and operational expenses within the food industry.
