Shift Leader & Crew – Hiring on the Spot! Jersey Mike’s (PG1) | 1850 Cherokee Ave. SW, Cullman, AL WE ARE HIRING ALL POSITIONS & ALL SHIFTS! We are looking for high-energy leaders and team members to join our Cullman crew. We need reliable people for Mornings, Mid-days, and Weekends who want to work in a fast-paced, "Sub Above" environment. THE PAY: $14.00/hr (Total Starting Rate) The Breakdown: $12.00 Base Pay + $2.00/hr Guaranteed Tips. The Tip Pool: Tips are shared across the team and added directly to your paycheck. THE ROLES: Shift Leaders: Run the floor, manage the drawer, and lead the vibe. Slicers (18+): Master the slicer and lead the front line. Crew Members (16+): Sub Making, Grill, Prep, and Cashier positions. WHAT WE NEED (The "Must-Haves"): Elite Reliability: You show up on time and ready to move. No exceptions. Sense of Urgency: We move fast—you must be able to keep up! Availability: Must be available for a mix of shifts. Weekends are a must. Legal: Must be 18+ to operate the slicer (Federal Law).
