The Football Coach will be responsible for planning and conducting training sessions, developing game strategies, and fostering a positive and motivating team environment. Key day-to-day responsibilities include coaching players on skills, tactics, and fitness; managing team performance; and communicating effectively with athletes, staff, and relevant stakeholders. The Football Coach will also ensure that team members exhibit sportsmanship and uphold the values of the organization. Qualifications Strong expertise in Football and Football Coaching, with a proven track record in organizing and leading teams. Proficient in Coaching and Training, with the ability to develop players' skills, strategies, and physical fitness effectively. Excellent Communication skills for collaborating with team members, staff, and other key stakeholders. Demonstrated leadership, organizational, and motivational abilities to foster a supportive and disciplined team environment. Relevant coaching certifications or qualifications are preferred. Experience in game analysis and strategy development is an asset.
