We are hiring in three of our markets—New York (NY), Virginia (VA), and South Carolina (SC)—with a focus on fostering teamwork, skill development, and game-day execution at the highest level. Responsibilities Design and implement strategic game plans and training programs. Oversee coaching staff and ensure player development aligns with team goals. Conduct performance reviews, film analysis, and opponent scouting. Coordinate logistics for practices, games, and travel. Promote a culture of discipline, motivation, and mutual respect. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management, Physical Education, or related field (preferred). 3+ years of experience in football coaching, coordination, or team management. Strong leadership and communication skills. Deep knowledge of offensive and/or defensive systems, as well as special teams. Compensation: Competitive salary based on experience, plus performance-based incentives.
