Job Details Job Details We are seeking a dynamic, self-motivated, and experienced Permanent Foreclosure Associate Attorney to join our esteemed legal team. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on a range of challenging and rewarding foreclosure issues within the legal industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property litigation, courtroom advocacy, and foreclosure litigation. This role requires a high level of professionalism, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment. Responsibilities Handle all aspects of foreclosure litigation including, but not limited to, drafting and arguing motions, handling discovery, and making court appearances. Represent clients in court proceedings related to foreclosure cases, effectively advocating for their interests. Conduct thorough and detailed investigations to uncover facts and evidence for each case. Regularly communicate with clients, providing them with legal advice and updates on case progress. Prepare legal documents such as pleadings, briefs, motions, appeals, and agreements. Conduct legal research and analysis, staying updated on current laws and regulations related to property and foreclosure law. Collaborate with legal team members to devise effective litigation strategies. Ensure all court filings are completed accurately and submitted within the required timeframes. Maintain the highest level of professional ethics, confidentiality, and client service. Qualifications: Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school. Must be a licensed attorney in good standing with at least 2 years of experience in foreclosure litigation. Proven experience in courtroom advocacy, court appearances, and motion practice. Strong knowledge of real property law and related legal principles. Exceptional client-facing skills with the ability to build strong relationships and effectively communicate complex legal concepts to clients. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to persuasively argue a position. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously. Proficient in legal research tools and software. High level of attention to detail and accuracy in court filings and document preparation.
