Job Summary Helm Outdoor Solutions is looking to expand our team with hardworking and reliable crew members who take pride in quality work. We specialize in high-end outdoor projects including paver patios, retaining and seating walls, turf and putting greens, landscape installations, drainage, lighting, sod, and full outdoor transformations throughout St. Augustine and surrounding areas. We are looking for motivated individuals who are ready to work outdoors, learn new skills, and be part of a growing company that cares about doing projects the right way. Experience in landscaping, hardscaping, construction, pavers, grading, or equipment operation is preferred, but work ethic and attitude matter most. Responsibilities Install pavers, retaining walls, turf, plants, rock, mulch, and landscape features Assist with grading, excavation, drainage, and site preparation Operate and work around landscaping and construction equipment safely Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment Maintain clean and organized job sites Follow directions and work efficiently as part of a team Deliver high-quality workmanship and attention to detail on every project Qualifications Valid driver’s license preferred Landscaping, hardscaping, or construction experience preferred Ability to lift heavy materials and work outdoors in Florida weather Positive attitude and willingness to learn Reliable transportation and punctuality Ability to work well with a team and maintain professionalism on job sites What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Opportunity for growth within a rapidly growing company Consistent work and variety of projects Professional team environment Hands-on experience building high-end outdoor spaces Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour Work Location: In person
