Foreman, Landscape Hardscape

Job OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Hardscaper to join our team.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in outdoor construction and landscaping, specializing in hardscape features such as patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other outdoor structures.This role requires attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to work collaboratively with other team members to bring our clients' visions to life.Responsibilities Design and install hardscape features including patios, walkways, retaining walls, and outdoor living spaces.Prepare and grade land for installation of hardscape elements.Utilize various tools and equipment for construction tasks.Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide expert advice on design options.Ensure all installations meet safety standards and quality expectations.Maintain a clean and organized work environment.Perform regular maintenance and repairs on existing hardscape structures.Experience Proven experience in hardscaping or related construction fields is preferred.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.Join us in creating beautiful outdoor spaces that enhance the functionality and aesthetics of our clients' properties!
