Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Foreman, Landscape Hardscape to lead and oversee the installation and construction of high-quality hardscape features within outdoor environments. In this role, you will coordinate teams, manage project timelines, ensure safety compliance, and deliver exceptional craftsmanship on every project. Your expertise will drive the successful execution of complex landscape hardscape projects, ensuring client satisfaction and maintaining our reputation for excellence in outdoor design and construction. Responsibilities Lead and supervise landscape hardscape crews, assigning tasks and ensuring efficient workflow on-site. Oversee the installation of concrete forming, masonry, paving, retaining walls, and other hardscape elements with precision and attention to detail. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate project execution. Manage construction site safety protocols, conduct inspections, and enforce safety standards at all times. Coordinate with project managers, clients, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials such as stone, brick, concrete, and other hardscape components. Operate heavy equipment and power tools safely while maintaining equipment in good working order. Ensure quality control by inspecting work throughout each phase of construction, making adjustments as needed for optimal results. Skills Extensive experience with construction management principles specific to landscape hardscape projects. Proficiency in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and construction estimating. Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment operation, and fabrication techniques. Knowledge of concrete finishing, masonry work (including bricklaying and stonework), plastering, stucco application, caulking, trim carpentry, roofing basics, glass installation, cabinet installation, framing carpentry, door hanging, flooring installation (tile and other materials), welding, restoration techniques, and remodeling processes. Familiarity with Bluebeam software for digital plan review and project documentation. Strong understanding of plumbing and electrical systems related to outdoor installations. Ability to read technical schematics related to electrical wiring or plumbing systems used in landscape features. Experience in construction inspection to ensure adherence to safety standards and project specifications. Knowledge of construction estimating for material quantities and labor costs. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams while maintaining a focus on quality standards.
