About Us Precision Renovations LLC is a growing remodeling company focused on quality work, strong communication, and getting jobs done right the first time. We handle full home remodels, bathrooms, flooring, and more — and we’re looking for a reliable foreman to help lead projects and crews. What We’re Looking For Someone who can lead without babysitting Takes ownership of jobs and doesn’t cut corners Can teach and guide less experienced crew members Keeps a level head under pressure and solves problems Wants to grow with a company long-term Requirements (Must Have) Minimum 4 years verifiable experience in residential remodeling Verifiable references (previous employers or clients) Proven leadership experience (running jobs or crews) Strong knowledge of: Flooring installation Tile work Drywall (hang, tape, mud, texture) Painting Cabinet installation Full bathroom remodels Understanding of complete remodel process (demo → finish) Basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing Ability to read a job, plan ahead, and execute efficiently Reliable transportation Shows up on time and takes pride in work What You’ll Be Doing Lead and manage remodeling projects from demo to final finish Supervise crew members and keep jobs moving efficiently Ensure high-quality workmanship on every project Communicate with owner and customers as needed Keep job sites clean, organized, and professional Problem-solve in the field and make smart decisions Compensation is starting pay, based on experience, and eligible for a raise at 90 days and then annually following review processes.
