Job Title: Construction Foreman (Hydroseeding & Erosion Control) - Will Train Location: Monroe, Ga (Some Travel Required) Job Type: Full-time About Us: We are a hydroseeding and erosion control company looking for a reliable, hardworking individual to join our team. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS: Pay: [$22-$30/ hour + bonus] (Pay grows with experience) Paid Time Off Flexible Schedule guaranteed PAY STRUCTURE: We value our team's stability. Even during the down season or weather delays, you are GUARANTEED 30 hours of pay per week, even if you work less (e.g., only 1 day). What You’ll Do: This is a very physical industry. Assist with hydroseeding and silt fence installation. Operate various equipment (skid steer experience is a plus but not required). Prepare soil and job sites for projects. Travel for out-of-state jobs when needed. Help with estimates and customer interactions as you gain experience. Perform odd jobs during downtime (when weather prevents fieldwork). What We’re Looking For: Reliability: Strong work ethic someone who shows up and takes pride in their work. Ambition: Willing to learn and grow into a leadership role. Requirements: Clean driving record & background (we work on government contracts). Licensing: Willing to obtain a Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) (we will help with this). Physical: Comfortable with physical labor and working outdoors. Initiative: Ability to problem-solve and take initiative.
