Role: ForgeRock / PingOne Admin Location: Philadelphia, PA (Hybrid) As a ForgeRock Admin you'll support CIAM projects including authentication, authorization, and governance. Technologies: ForgeRock / PingOne AIC (AM, IDM, DS, IG), IAM, Java, JSON, SAML, OAuth2, SSO, ELK, Dynatrace. Duties: Support CIAM projects including authentication, authorization, and governance. Contribute to architecture, design, and implementation of CIAM solutions. Work with application teams to integrate CIAM into systems and apps. Create and maintain IAM policies, procedures, standards, and automation. Manage best practices, documentation, and support processes. Implement MFA, risk based authentication, and progressive profiling. Provide after hours support for maintenance activities. Troubleshoot CIAM issues with internal and external teams. Recommend improvements for performance and operational efficiency. Qualifications: 7+ years in CIAM; minimum 3 years hands on with ForgeRock (AM, IDM, DS). Strong knowledge of identity management, access management, authentication, and authorization. Experience integrating IAM with enterprise applications. Expert in SSO & federation (SAML, LDAP, OAuth2, ADFS, Auth0, Kerberos, etc.). Experience with Java/JavaScript and system administration. Background in large scale IAM deployments (HA, clustering, auditing, security). Ability to work collaboratively across teams.
