Job Description
Responsibilities Operate a forklift to move, stack, and organize materials within a warehouse or distribution center- Safely load and unload trucks and containers using a forklift- Utilize warehouse management system to track inventory and locate materials- Perform routine maintenance checks on forklift equipment- Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations, including OSHA standards- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks Requirements: Valid forklift operator certification- Proven experience operating various types of forklifts, including clamp trucks, lift trucks, cherry pickers, and pallet jacks- Ability to safely lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks in a warehouse environment- Familiarity with warehouse management systems and basic math skills for inventory tracking- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment -bilingual ( espa ol/ingles) preferred Note:This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.The employee may perform other related duties as negotiated to meet the ongoing needs of the organization.Job Type:Full-time Pay:$13.50 - $14.50 per hour Benefits:Paid time off Work Location:In person.
