Our boutique offers a curated collection of both brand-new and gently loved designer bridal and formal gowns.We pride ourselves on sustainability, luxury, and an intimate shopping experience.We are looking for a Bridal Sales Consultant who is more than just a salesperson--you are a stylist, a confidant, and a technical expert.You will guide clients through one of the most emotional and important purchases of their lives, providing white-glove service from the moment they walk through our doors.Key Responsibilities Expert Styling:Curate gown selections based on a client's unique aesthetic, venue, and personal style.Body Positive Consultation:Demonstrate a deep understanding of garment construction to recommend silhouettes that flatter and celebrate various body shapes.Technical Precision:Accurately perform body measurements to ensure correct sizing for new orders and advise on potential alteration needs for our gently worn collection.White-Glove Service:Provide a high-end, stress-hearted experience, managing appointments with poise, patience, and a yes, and attitude.Boutique Upkeep:Maintain the visual integrity of the showroom, ensuring gowns are handled with care and displayed beautifully.What We're Looking For A Keen Eye for Fashion:You stay ahead of bridal trends and understand the nuances of lace, silk, tulle, and beadwork.Exceptional Communication:You are an active listener who can translate a client's vague ideas into the perfect look.Detail-Oriented:Precision matters, especially when it comes to measurements and high-end fabrics.Reliability:You are available to work consistently, including every Saturday.Experience:Previous experience in luxury retail, bridal, or formalwear is preferred but not required for a candidate with the right spark and fashion background.Why Join Us?
