Job Description
The New Mexico Association of REALTORS (NMAR) is seeking a detail-oriented Forms & Documents Administrator to support the Risk Management Division.This role plays a key part in the NMAR Forms process by copy editing and maintaining forms, coordinating drafts and revisions, supporting reviews and approvals, and helping publish updated forms and summaries of changes.This position also supports the maintenance of Association Governing Documents and assists with records management and retention activities across the organization.Key Responsibilities Copy Editing & Forms Support Copy edit, proofread, and format forms and related documents for clarity, consistency, and accuracy Prepare clean drafts, manage edits, and maintain version control and change tracking Coordinate revisions to support committee and legal review processes Support Forms Committee logistics, including schedules, agendas, packets, notes, and follow-ups Track and route member/staff feedback for committee review and consideration Help manage committee work plans and materials for leadership review/approval Governing Documents Support Help maintain and update Association Governing Documents, including organized file management, consistent formatting, and version tracking Records Management / Retention File, organize, and maintain documentation according to internal policies and direction Maintain accurate documentation and logs for compliance and internal reference Qualifications 2years of administrative, documentation, or coordination experience (copy editing or document production experience strongly preferred) Strong attention to detail with excellent proofreading and formatting skills Highly organized with strong follow-through and records-management habits Professional written communication and customer service skills Expert proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word required) and comfort working in shared file systems/document platforms Work Environment & Physical Requirements Ability to walk, stand, and sit (including on the floor) for extended periods Ability to lift and carry supplies up to 20 pounds Ability to remain alert while standing or sitting for several hours May require bending, leaning, kneeling, and walking Ability to communicate clearly and effectively Ability to view/enter data for extended periods Occasional in-state and out-of-state travel required; must be able to travel independently Join us as a Forms & Documents Administrator and play a vital role in maintaining the quality and integrity of our organization's documents and forms!
