Strider is seeking a mission-driven Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) to deliver cutting-edge technical solutions in dynamic, high-stakes environments. As a key member of our deployment team, you'll bridge the gap between our advanced platform and real-world mission requirements-embedding with customers, engineering bespoke solutions, and serving as a trusted technical partner. Key Qualifications 3+ years of professional software engineering experience, with a focus on full-stack or systems-level development. Proficiency in Python, Java, or similar languages. Experience with distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred), APIs, and modern front-end frameworks. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to rapidly prototype, iterate, and deploy in fast-paced environments. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in ambiguous or evolving mission contexts. Willingness to travel 30-70% of the time based on mission requirements. Active U.S. security clearance (TS/SCI) or eligibility to obtain one
