Company IMPACTER Pathway is a Human Skills Analytics company. We measure character competencies — purpose, grit, curiosity, perspective-taking, growth mindset, gratitude, and compassion — through authentic student voice. Our scoring engine uses transformer-based, rubric-aligned machine learning models trained on billions of words of student language, validated through partnerships with Harvard's Making Caring Common Project. We serve K-12 districts across the country, with expanding work in behavioral health, workforce, and higher ed. We're a fast-moving Top 100 Silicon Valley EdTech startup with fresh capital, a large California Behavioral Health grant, and an active commercial partnership with the leading global assessment provider. We're growing the team — and we need help. The role This is a hybrid Executive Assistant / Chief of Staff role supporting our two co-founders/co-CEOs. You'll own the operational rhythm of the founder's office — calendars, travel, meeting prep, follow-through — and you'll own real strategic work: drafting collateral, managing our action tracker, chasing deals to close, and producing the communication that goes to superintendents, investors, and partners. If you're Claude-fluent, write well, and want to build alongside founders who move fast, this is your seat. What you'll do Manage calendars, travel, expenses, and scheduling for both founders Run our action tracker; chase follow-through on deals, partnerships, and partner cadence Prep meeting briefs (district leadership, investors, partners, board members) Build collateral in Claude — decks, one-pagers, partner memos, follow-up emails Coordinate with our designer (Ashley Chase) on visual assets for proposals and external communications Draft LinkedIn posts, press releases, and external announcements Follow up with District Accounting Offices on invoicing, contracts, and payment cadence Coordinate conference logistics (CSBA, ACSA, ASCD, edtech events) Project management on cross-functional initiatives Whatever else a founder's office needs — no two days the same Who you are Claude-fluent; you've used Claude (or a peer tool) to draft, build, and produce real work product 2–3 years of experience as an EA, operations associate, junior chief of staff, or similar — or a recent grad with exceptional fit Excellent writer — short, clear, persuasive, no fluff Highly organized; you keep multiple workstreams running without dropping anything Self-directed in ambiguous environments Detail-obsessed but moves fast Pacific Time hours; SoCal preferred for occasional in-person work Bonus K-12, EdTech, or education policy background Experience with action trackers, project management tools, or CRM systems Design fluency (Canva, Figma) Content creation experience (blog, video, social, newsletter) Built or run something on your own — a project, business, or community Why IMPACTER Direct mentorship from a mission-driven CEO (Harvard alum, former superintendent) Front-row seat to company-building at a fast-moving stage Real responsibility, real impact, real growth path Mission that matters: we're building the measurement infrastructure for human capability in K-12 and beyond How to apply Send your LinkedIn or resume.
