Company Description I am hiring a two Founding Account Executives for an Artificial Intelligence company in Brickell, Miami. This international company has just raised $12Million in Series A funding from the same investors as Anthropic, Stripe and Vinted. They sell an AI powered phone system and have reported 50% month on month revenue growth showing strong product market fit. They have an established sales leadership team, 5000 customers globally and are now building out their GTM team with plans to get to 30 people in Miami by the end of 2026. They are hiring 2 Junior Account Executives to work alongside the Founder and VP Sales and win customers and close deals. They are an AI native company and use all of the tools at the cutting edge of AI to power their sales teams. They have even built their own in-house agents to help you find leads and personalize outreach. Joining this company will give you huge exposure to building a VC backed business from the group up as you will be working very closely with the Founder and VP Sales who are based in the office in Brickell. Compensation & Benefits Base Salary: $70,000 On-Target Earnings (OTE): $100,000 (uncapped commission) Hybrid Work: 3 days/week in a WeWork office in Brickell Benefits: 401(k), health insurance The Role As an Account Executive, you’ll play a key role in driving revenue growth. This is a 360° sales role, where you will: Qualify and close inbound leads generated through marketing and events Proactively source and develop your own pipeline Learn how to run full-cycle SaaS sales processes Work closely with a high-performing and supportive sales team You’ll receive hands-on training and mentorship to help you become a top-performing sales professional.
