We’re currently in the middle of a pre-seed raise and entering a critical growth phase. This month, we announced our inclusion in LvlUp Ventures’ Marketing Edge Portfolio —one of the most active VC firms in the United States. Role Overview We’re looking for a Founding Community Intern to help build and scale the Catalyst community from the ground up. This is not a passive internship—you will play a direct role in shaping the early ecosystem around Catalyst, working closely with the founding team. What You’ll Do Help plan and execute curated events and experiences (both in-person and virtual) Support sourcing and onboarding of founders, operators, and investors Build relationships across the startup and tech ecosystem Contribute to strategies that grow and engage the Catalyst community Act as a connector between members, partners, and the Catalyst team What we're seeking Highly motivated and proactive—someone who takes initiative without being told Interested in startups, venture capital, or finance Strong communicator who enjoys meeting new people Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable Bonus: experience with events, communities, or campus organizations What You’ll Get Direct exposure to a venture-backed startup at the earliest stage Close mentorship and collaboration with the founding team Real ownership and impact—not busy work Opportunity to build a powerful network across founders and investors Potential pathway to a full-time role with health & vision benefits Monthly base stipend, equity, and commission package
