About The Role We are hiring a Founding Field and Events Marketing Manager to build meaningful in-person and virtual experiences that drive awareness, relationships, and pipeline. This individual will own the strategy and execution for events ranging from executive dinners and trade shows to community gatherings, webinars, and industry activations. The ideal candidate is equal parts operator, marketer, and relationship builder — someone who can create polished experiences while managing logistics, partnerships, and measurable business impact. This person will partner closely with sales, product, and engineering teams to support customer conversations, technical discovery, implementations, and solution design. The ideal candidate is highly technical, customer-oriented, and comfortable operating in early-stage environments where flexibility, creativity, and problem-solving are essential.
