Job description Founding Growth & Content Lead (Equity-Based, Remote) Entrext Labs About Entrext Labs Entrext Labs is a bootstrapped experiment lab where we build and launch multiple B2B SaaS and consumer tech products every month. Each product is owned by: 1 Tech Partner 1 Growth Partner We test fast, ship fast, and scale what works. The Role We're looking for a Growth & Content Lead who has already built something from 0 and knows how media works in today for a product! Should realize how important attention is in today;s era ! This is not a theory role. You'll work across multiple products, helping Growth & Content Partners: Crack distribution Find early users Build repeatable growth systems You guide, but more importantly — you jump in when it matters. Your success = product success. What You Get 5% equity per product you actively contribute to No cap on number of products Profit share aligned with equity Example $10,000 MRR → $5,000 profit Your 5% = $250/month per product The more products you help scale → the more your income compounds. Equity Terms Fixed 5% per product (not performance-based) 6-month cliff 4-year vesting Monthly profit distribution based on equity What You'll Do Work closely with Growth Partners (1 per product) Help take products from 0 → $10K MRR in 30-60 days Drive: Partnerships Distribution channels Early user acquisition (100-1000 paid users) Step in during critical growth bottlenecks Build reusable playbooks across products Time Commitment Part-time possible Full-time preferred Who This Is For Someone with 1-2 years of real execution experience Ex-founder OR early startup operator (0 → 1 stage) Has personally grown something (product, audience, community) Strong network for partnerships & distribution Understands Organic Content pretty well. What Matters Most You've done 0 → 1 growth yourself You think in distribution, not just product You're comfortable working with 70 budgets You jump in and execute - not just advise What Success Looks Like (30-60 Days) Product reaches $10K MRR 100-1000 paid users Strong early distribution channels At least 3-5 meaningful partnerships Training Should help the growth partners.
