Founding GTM Associate — NexuSphere AI NexuSphere AI is building an operational intelligence platform that helps enterprises detect, explain, and resolve workflow exceptions across finance, inventory, supplier, and ERP systems. We’re looking for a highly motivated Founding GTM Associate to work directly with the founder across outbound strategy, customer research, market positioning, and early pilot engagement. This role is ideal for someone excited about early-stage SaaS, operational workflows, AI-native systems, and founder-led growth. What You’ll Work On Research target accounts and operational workflows Support outbound campaigns and lead generation Engage with operators and decision-makers across LinkedIn and email Help synthesize customer feedback into product and GTM insights Assist with pilot coordination and follow-up Support content distribution and market positioning initiatives Help identify operational inefficiencies across retail, finance, and supply chain workflows What Makes This Different At NexuSphere, AI is not treated as a bolt-on assistant layered on top of workflows. We’re building operational intelligence directly into the execution layer — helping teams detect exceptions, reason through issues, and improve decision-making across fragmented systems. You’ll gain exposure to how modern AI systems intersect with ERP, supply chain, finance operations, and enterprise workflows in real-world environments. What We’re Looking For Strong written and communication skills Curious and highly resourceful Comfortable operating in ambiguity Interest in AI, enterprise operations, ERP, retail, or supply chain technology Ability to think strategically while executing tactically Self-starter mindset with a strong willingness to learn Bonus Experience Shopify ecosystem NetSuite / ERP familiarity B2B SaaS outbound Supply chain, operations, or finance workflows Startup or founder-side experience This is an opportunity to work closely with the founder during a critical growth phase and help shape the company’s early GTM motion.
