Company Description OCBridge is an AI-enabled recruiting platform based in Silicon Valley. We help high-growth tech companies and AI startups hire interview-ready candidates at scale by combining proprietary talent data, AI-executed sourcing, and human-in-the-loop execution. We’ve supported companies like TikTok, Nvidia, and 100+ AI startups on critical hires across engineering and GTM roles. We’re now building Hiring Copilot — a new AI-enabled hiring system that delivers qualified, interview-ready candidates at unmatched quality, speed, and cost efficiency. This is still early. We’re lean, we move fast, and we care about outcomes. Role Description You’ll play a key role in building our U.S. market presence from the ground up, driving pipeline and early customer traction. This is not a traditional sales or recruiting role. You’ll be working directly with the founder to generate pipeline, engage decision-makers, and turn conversations into real hiring outcomes. What you’ll do Run outbound (LinkedIn, email, events) to generate pipeline Get in front of startup founders / hiring managers / HRs Qualify leads and move them into real conversations Participate in the full sales cycle, and quickly ramp into owning deals Continuously test, iterate, and refine messaging to improve conversion Qualifications Proven experience in B2B sales, B2B GTM and business development You’ve done cold outreach before You don’t get discouraged by rejection Exceptional communication and negotiation skills You move fast, take initiative, and don’t wait for instructions You take ownership and do what it takes to get results You’re scrappy — you figure things out and get things done with limited resources Ex-founder or fulltime early member experience at a startup Strong interest in AI and how it’s transforming recruiting Experience in recruiting or staffing is preferred Compensation & Upside Uncapped commission tied to pipeline and closed revenue Deal-based incentives and performance bonusesen Meaningful equity If you can consistently close deals, both your earnings and ownership can scale rapidly.
