We think the systems used to understand, monitor, and manage them should evolve too. We’re building the intelligence layer for well integrity and critical infrastructure. The platform transforms fragmented inspection and infrastructure data into structured, engineering-aware insight that helps operators better understand asset condition, integrity risk, and operational history across inspection cycles. Through AI-assisted workflows, cross-system analysis, and automated reporting, it enables engineering teams to accelerate interpretation, preserve operational knowledge, and make more confident infrastructure decisions. We’re redefining how the energy industry manages critical infrastructure through engineering-aware intelligence and automation. Role Description We’re hiring our first dedicated commercial leader to help shape the go-to-market foundation of the company. This is a highly strategic founding role focused on refining positioning, building pipeline, developing customer relationships, and helping scale a repeatable enterprise sales motion across the energy industry. You will work directly with the founders and operate across sales, market development, customer feedback, and commercial strategy. We’re looking for someone who wants to help build the commercial engine of a category-defining infrastructure intelligence company from the ground floor. What You'll Own Lead the full sales cycle across operators and infrastructure teams: outbound prospecting technical discovery demos commercial negotiation pilot expansion enterprise adoption You should be comfortable navigating both technical and executive stakeholders inside complex industrial organizations. Go-To-Market Strategy Help define how the platform enters and scales across the market. You will test positioning and messaging identify high-value customer segments shape outbound strategy help refine pricing and commercial models build relationships across operators and infrastructure teams help translate customer pain into product direction We are looking for someone who thinks like an owner, not just an account executive. Compensation This is a founding-stage opportunity with meaningful upside.
