Company Description We are building Rythmeet, a platform starting as the booking/workflow layer for studios and venues, with the bigger vision of building a trust, reliability, and opportunity ecosystem for artists through verified activity, curated opportunities, and venue/event partnerships. Think LinkedIn meets the operational layer of the music industry. We are currently in our testing phase with a few studios in NYC and are looking for a founding product leader to help shape the future of the platform alongside our founding team. What youโll do: Help shape the long-term product vision and roadmap Transform our vision into a scalable regional, national, and international growth strategy Work closely with our CTO to design, prioritize, and implement features Refine product-market fit through user feedback and market research Help build systems around trust, reliability, gamification, artist growth, and community engagement Think deeply about the needs of artists, studios, venues, and event organizers Help build the culture and community behind Rythmeet What we are looking for Product mindset with startup mentality Experience in product strategy, product management, or ecosystem/community platforms Strong communication and analytical skills Ability to prioritize and execute in an early-stage startup environment Experience in music, music-tech, creator platforms, or live-event ecosystems Understanding of artist and community dynamics Experience with gamification, marketplace, SaaS, AI, or social/community products is a plus This is not a traditional corporate CPO role.
