Role Description As a Founding Member of Technical Staff at Oxagen, you will play a key role in the development and growth of our cutting-edge ontology platform. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include conducting technical research, collaborating with the team to design and implement innovative solutions, and contributing to both product development and strategic decision-making. You will work closely with stakeholders, ensuring alignment between technical architecture and business goals. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Los Angeles, CA. Qualifications Strong analytical and research skills to assess complex problems and develop innovative solutions Excellent communication skills for collaborating with team members and presenting technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders Experience in sales and marketing to support product-market fit and customer engagement strategies Proven ability to work in a collaborative, startup environment with a focus on flexibility and adaptability Self-motivated with a drive to contribute as a key member of a founding team Technical expertise and familiarity with data integration, ontologies, or AI is a plus Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience
