Job Description
THE ROLE Gojiberry AI is hiring its first Sales hire in Europe. Goal: convert a massive inbound pipeline into revenue. The company went from $0 to $2M ARR in 9 months, and we’re just getting started. Become our first Founding Sales in Europe and play a key role in scaling the company. This is a ground-floor opportunity to join GojiberryAI as a founding member of the sales team and help shape our go-to-market strategy from day one. You’ll be operating in a fast-paced environment where your role will evolve quickly. You’ll have full autonomy to test, iterate, and build, with direct impact on revenue, sales processes, and partnerships. This isn’t a typical sales role. You won’t just execute, you’ll help define how we sell. Responsibilities Inbound demos Run discovery calls with inbound leads. Qualify, position the product, and convert into opportunities. Signup qualification Proactively reach out to new users such as trials and registrations. Identify high intent accounts and move them into pipeline. Pipeline ownership Prioritize leads based on intent and buying signals. Focus on conversion, not volume. CRM management Maintain a clean and structured pipeline with accurate tracking and follow ups. Product feedback loop Surface objections, competitor mentions, and friction points. Contribute directly to improving positioning and product. Playbook creation Document what works across demos, qualification, and messaging to build the foundation for future hires. Requirements 2 to 4 years experience as SDR, AE in a high growth SaaS company fullcycle Fluent or native English Proven track record of exceeding targets Strong CRM discipline Comfortable using AI tools such as Claude Ability to operate autonomously and make decisions quickly Nice to have Strong LinkedIn presence Experience with sales automation or AI-driven workflows Early startup experience with cross-functional collaboration What Success Looks Like 30 days Product and ICP mastered First qualified meetings converted 90 days Monthly targets consistently hit Structured qualification and outreach workflow in place 180 days Pipeline contribution tied to revenue Repeatable processes documented What This Role Is Not This is not a role where you follow scripts or execute predefined workflows. You will be shaping sales, not just executing it. We don’t have perfect playbooks, clearly defined territories, or years of historical data. We are growing fast. Structures evolve constantly. You will experiment, iterate, and take ownership. We don’t reward activity for the sake of it. We reward clear thinking, strong prioritization, honest conversations with customers, and results that create real value.
