Our client is a medical technology company. They seek an FP&A Analyst to join their Allendale, NJ office. Responsibilities Develop annual budgets, monthly, and quarterly forecasts, including long-range plans for the business unit Evaluate actual financial results against budgeted and forecasted data, investigating significant variances to determine root causes Collaborate with cross-functional teams—such as Marketing, Sales, Operations, and R&D—to evaluate business cases, including ROI on new product developments and investments Build and maintain dashboards (Power BI/Tableau) to report key KPIs and prepare financial packages for executive leadership Analyze product-level P&L, monitoring inventory variances, material cost trends, and overall profitability Execute ad-hoc analyses and special projects, including pricing strategy, scenario planning, and capital expenditure modeling Requirements 3-6 years of FP&A experience Experience with tangible goods or medical devices Global experience is a plus Excellent communication skills Detail-oriented and highly analytical Job ID # 47957 Tagged as: Hybrid Remote/Office
