Key Responsibilities Of The Financial Analyst Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes. Prepare and analyze financial reports, identifying trends and key performance drivers. Partner with business leaders to provide insights and support decision-making. Develop and maintain financial models to support planning and analysis. Create dashboards and visualizations using tools such as Power BI. Assist with month-end close and variance analysis. Support ad hoc analysis and strategic initiatives as needed. Prepare executive-level presentations and reporting materials. Qualifications Of The Financial Analyst Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting. Big 4 (Audit or Advisory) experience highly preferred. Experience with OneStream or similar financial reporting tools. Advanced Excel skills including complex modeling and data analysis. Experience with Power BI or similar data visualization tools. #INAPR2026
