Frame Carpenter

Job Summary B & H Construction of Central Florida, Inc., a state-certified building contractor specializing in concrete and aluminum additions for manufactured homes, is seeking a full-time Frame Carpenter. The primary role of Frame Carpenters is to construct prefab wood and aluminum walls. The Carpenter will be responsible for ensuring that all work meets the required specifications and quality standards. Responsibilities: Studies specifications in sketches, or building plans to prepare project layout and determine dimensions and materials required. Construct structures made primarily of wood and aluminum, experience with screening is a plus. Cuts and/or shapes materials accurately, using hand tools, machines, or power saws. Ability to multitask and stay focused. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure a safe working environment. Other duties as assigned. Job Requirements: Minimum 5 years hands on experience. Comply with safety standards and regulations. Proficient in using electrical and hand tools as well as measurement tools.
