Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and motivated Framer Carpenter to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for constructing, installing, and repairing frameworks for various building projects, ensuring structural integrity and precision. Your expertise will contribute to the successful completion of commercial, residential, and industrial structures by interpreting blueprints, managing materials, and working efficiently on-site. Responsibilities Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately construct frameworks and structures. Erect metal buildings, including framing with metal studs and other materials, ensuring compliance with safety standards and project specifications. Install concrete forms and assist with rebar placement to prepare for pouring concrete foundations or walls. Perform framing tasks such as woodworking, trim carpentry, siding installation, and roofing to create durable building exteriors and interiors. Operate hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment, and machinery safely and effectively to complete framing and construction tasks. Collaborate with construction management teams to coordinate project timelines, material needs, and site safety protocols. Conduct heavy lifting as needed while maintaining proper safety procedures during all phases of construction. Requirements Proven experience in metal building erection, concrete forming, rebar installation, masonry, roofing, siding, or related construction fields. Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and construction management principles. Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and heavy machinery operation. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and work at heights or in confined spaces when necessary. Excellent understanding of safety standards on construction sites along with the ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment. Prior experience in restoration or remodeling projects is a plus. Valid construction site experience with familiarity in framing carpentry, metal stud framing, plastering, stucco application, or woodworking.
