Role Description Liliana is currently seeking a Freelance Business Development Partner to help expand our network and client relationships in China. This is a flexible, commission-based opportunity ideal for individuals with connections or interest in the entertainment, advertising, fashion, media, or creative industries. The role focuses on introducing potential clients, building partnerships, and helping bring international projects and productions to Japan. As a Tokyo-based entertainment and casting agency, we work with global brands and support commercials, campaigns, fashion projects, and creative productions across Japan. You will act as a bridge between Liliana and potential partners in the Chinese market. This is a part-time hybrid role with flexible remote work arrangements. Qualifications Strong communication and relationship-building skills Interest or experience in business development, partnerships, media, entertainment, or advertising Familiarity with the Chinese market and industry networks is a strong advantage Self-motivated and comfortable working independently Ability to identify opportunities and connect with potential clients Mandarin language skills are preferred Previous agency or entertainment experience is a plus, but not required This position is commission-based with flexible growth opportunities depending on performance and partnerships developed.
