We are seeking an experienced Freelance Hospital Recruiter to source and place top talent across hospital-wide roles including nurses, physicians, administrators, and support staff. Key Responsibilities: Partner with hospital hiring managers via JobDiva ATS to identify staffing needs across clinical and non-clinical departments. Source candidates using Boolean strings on LinkedIn, Indeed, Health eCareers; screen for credentials, licensing, and compliance. Conduct interviews, assess fit, manage full-cycle recruitment including credentialing coordination and offer negotiation. Build pipelines for high-volume nursing, physician, and allied health roles; track time-to-fill metrics. Ensure compliance with Joint Commission standards, state licensing, and hospital bylaws. Required Qualifications: 3+ years hospital recruiting; JobDiva ATS experience preferred. Deep knowledge of hospital hierarchies, physician contracts, and nursing credentials. Proficiency in Boolean search and healthcare CRM tools. Compensation & Terms Incentive-only: Commissions per successful placement (percentage of first-year salary). Remote/ongoing freelance engagement.
