Key Responsibilities Shape media strategy by pitching themes and editorial calendars aligned with client goals Build media relationships by connecting with journalists, monitoring trends, and identifying coverage opportunities Pitch and secure coverage by drafting pitches, pitching story ideas, and booking interviews for editorial placements Required Qualifications 5+ years of media relations experience; agency experience preferred Established network of Midwest regional travel and lifestyle media relationships Strong, creative writing skills in AP style Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently Driver's license required; must be a U.S. citizen or have necessary approvals to work in the U.S
