Experienced Freight Sales Agent / Freight Brokerage Sales Pacific Cargo Solutions Inc. is a growing family-owned transportation and logistics company looking for an experienced freight sales professional who knows how to generate business, build relationships, and close accounts. HUGE PLUS if you come with a book of business. This is a sales-driven role focused heavily on cold calling, outbound outreach, prospecting, and bringing in new shipping customers. We are looking for someone hungry, motivated, and experienced in freight brokerage or logistics sales — someone who understands how to talk to shippers, warehouses, manufacturers, distributors, and logistics managers. What You’ll Be Doing Cold calling and prospecting new customers daily Generating new shipper accounts Building long-term customer relationships Following up consistently with leads and prospects Working independently and staying organized Helping grow customer accounts over time Representing PCS professionally and confidently Requirements Previous freight brokerage / logistics sales experience REQUIRED Strong cold calling and communication skills Must be self-motivated and driven Comfortable handling outbound outreach daily Ability to work remotely and independently Knowledge of trucking, freight, and transportation industry Compensation $60,000 base salary Earn 20%–30% commission on gross profit (GP) Uncapped earning potential High performers can build long-term recurring accounts Position Details Remote Position Full-Time If you are experienced in freight sales and know how to build relationships, generate business, and close accounts, we’d like to speak with you.
