Freight Dispatcher / Logistics Coordinator

Overview 2 BROS FREIGHT INC. is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Freight Dispatcher / Logistics Coordinator to support daily transportation operations. In this role, you will coordinate shipments, communicate with drivers and brokers, and ensure loads are delivered safely and on time. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced trucking environment and enjoys logistics coordination and operational problem-solving. Responsibilities Schedule and dispatch freight loads using load boards such as DAT and Truckstop Communicate with drivers, brokers, shippers, and customers regarding shipment updates Track freight movements and proactively resolve delays or operational issues Maintain accurate records of loads, rates, invoices, and shipping documentation Assist with route planning and operational scheduling Coordinate rate confirmations, billing support, and paperwork processing Ensure compliance with DOT regulations and company safety standards Provide excellent customer service and support daily logistics operations Requirements Previous experience in logistics, dispatching, or transportation preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced work environment Problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail Basic computer proficiency including Microsoft Excel and email communication Reliable and team-oriented attitude Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with DAT, Truckstop, and transportation management systems (TMS) Experience working with trucking companies or freight brokers Knowledge of freight operations, routing, and dispatch procedures Familiarity with ELD systems and DOT compliance Bilingual (English/Spanish or Russian) is a plus Pay & Benefits Performance-based bonuses Weekly or bi-weekly pay Career growth opportunities within the company Supportive and team-oriented work environment Pay: $25.60 - $30.00 per hour Benefits 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Work Location: In person
